We have unbundled the wine making blending process and now let You become the winemaker in our continued efforts to demystify the wine business. We have bottled all 5 individual components (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cab Franc, Malbec, Petite Verdot, Merlot) of our highly acclaimed Forum Confidential Reserve separately. Now a special few will have the opportunity to taste the Forum and then blend their own version with the assistance of our winemaker and owner. Follow the same process that winemakers around the world do on a daily basis. This experience will allow you to better understand the Spice rack wines as they are called (Cab Franc, Malbec, Petite Verdot, Merlot) and how they contribute to the aromatics, color and structural chemistry of your favorite Cabernet.
